I can certainly understand why they want this kind of accountability for their money, but it will just take some doing. You can set goals for your clients and affix as many time-limited objectives as you wish, but ultimately it's up to the client to fulfill them. If they don't, then you just extend it out. But it shall be left to us to weigh, measure, and divide those tenuous elements of humanity which are so difficult to really pin down. I just need to review my CBT stuff and have faith.
